However, before initiating the implementation process, there are several factors to be considered, such as: Enterprise requirements: as the ERP project integration manager, I would first assess thoroughly whether the organization needs the implementation or not, to ensure that there is no loss of finances. Adequacy of resources: it is important to understand both internal and external resources needed for this process to verify its worth. This involves resources for creating a detailed and realistic plan and training the users of the upcoming software modules (Garg et al, 2013). Considering the small size of the organization, it would be smart to implement only two modules and leave the rest for future. Its primary goal is to promote development of Artificial Intelligence(AI) that is beneficial to human beings. Robots are programs designed to carry out complex activities much more quickly as compared to humans, thus saving us time. To minimize this kind of leaks in information, people should try to monitor all activities they are involved in. Encryption of data is also helpful to make sure that unauthorized persons do not have access to ones personal data like e-mails. A lot of private information was revealed to the public after the leakage of Hillarys e-mails and other misconducts. This obviously minimized her possibility of winning elections as people realized that she is not the person they thought she was.
